EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
How do I make a change?
It's very simple, just contact us at support@solanbrand.com and enter your order number and corresponding email address.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a change.
For exchanges or returns, always consider the following:
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- Have your accessories and labels in perfect condition.
- The product must not have been washed.
- The product must not have been used.
How do I make a return?
The right of return is valid only for online purchases , where you do not have direct contact with the product and cannot ensure its material or quality.
You have ten (10) days from the receipt of your purchase to request a return. To do this, you must contact our email support@solanbrand.com and enter your order number and corresponding email address.
MONEY REFUND PERIOD
Once we receive the product and it has been inspected by our team, we have a maximum of 10 business days to process your refund. You will receive an email confirming the refund; please remember to check your spam folder.
Can I modify a purchase before it ships?
To do this, we need to receive your information on the same day as your purchase. Only if your order has not yet been prepared for shipment will we be able to assist you. For this, please contact us at support@solanbrand.com
